Fourteen years ago, I was holding it all together in a high-pressure job at a French multinational.

Smart, capable, always performing—but secretly unraveling inside.

I ignored the signs until burnout knocked me flat.

Then came years of high-functioning anxiety: racing thoughts, exhaustion, perfectionism, self-doubt.

That crisis? It cracked me open.

And it became the foundation for everything I now teach and share.

Who I Am Today

I’m Marta Raga—an ICF-certified Stress & Anxiety Coach, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), and a painter.

I combine neuroscience-based coaching with deep empathy, embodied tools, and creative methods to help women like you:
