Is this therapy?

No. The IRIS Method is a coaching and hypnotherapy program. It is not a substitute for psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, I recommend consulting them before starting.

How much time do I need each week?

Beyond your monthly 1:1 session, expect around 10–15 minutes per day for the practices. These are designed to fit into a real professional life — not add to your overwhelm.

Is this right for me if I'm not in crisis?

Yes. The IRIS Method works best with women who are high-functioning but exhausted — not those in acute crisis. If you're still performing but running on empty, you are exactly who this was built for.

What happens after I book the Stress Decode Session?
