No. The IRIS Method is a coaching and hypnotherapy program. It is not a substitute for psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, I recommend consulting them before starting.
Can hypnotherapy really help with anxiety?
Yes — and it works specifically because anxiety lives in the subconscious, not the conscious mind. Hypnotherapy reaches the level where your anxiety pattern actually runs, which is why it creates shifts that other approaches often can't reach.
How much time do I need each week?
Beyond your monthly 1:1 session, expect around 10–15 minutes per day for the practices. These are designed to fit into a real professional life — not add to your overwhelm.
