Who I am, and how I went through my anxiety
I have been in your skin for 4 years. I know what it is to live scared 24/7, believing there was something wrong with me and not feeling capable to handle my anxiety. Furthermore, I didn’t ask for help until I hit the bottom and my body collapsed. I never prioritized myself, nor my emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. When I finally asked for help, it took too long to get out of it because I waited for too long and the roots of my anxiety were too deep.
